Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by destination, usually between 7–20 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available for your item, you may select expedited shipping during checkout for faster delivery.

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to factors such as location, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate of $4.75 will apply.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and more.
    International shipping rates vary by country and will be shown at checkout. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that all your shipping information is correct to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at matchmademoments@hotmail.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your order.
